Antall eller omfang: Approx. 27 dental clinics with a total of approx. 260 employees. Cooking clothes are for canteens managed by the contracting authority and any teachers and pupils on vocational study programmes.

Requirement: The supplier shall be registered in a professional register, trade register or business register, for example the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Documentation: Documentation showing that the supplier is registered in the professional register, trade register or other enterprise registers as required by the law of the country where the supplier is established, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification requirement: The supplier shall have the financial and economic capacity the contract requires.

Documentation requirement: Excerpt from the company's annual accounts for 2014 and the auditors report. If this has not been completed, enclose the company's financial statements for 2013 and the auditor's report.

Companies that cannot fulfil the requirement for extracts of annual accounts, may alternatively submit the business plan with the overall plan for funding.

During assessment of the supplier's financial and economic position, the contracting authority will itself obtain a credit assessment from Dun and Bradstreet Norway AS via StartBank.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Qualification requirement 1: The supplier must have access to resources that have the expertise and execution capability in the specialist areas required by the contract.

Documentation requirement 1: The supplier must provide a description of his organisation, and the manner in which the organisation will be used to carry out the agreement.

Qualification requirement 2: The supplier shall have experience from a minimum of 2 equivalent contracts.

Documentation requirement: The supplier shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries during the last 3 years, hereunder information on the time frame and contracting authority.

Kontraktutførelse
Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem:

30 days credit.

DDP delivered free of charge to each place that placed an order (except for products that the contracting authority would like to collect in the shop).
