The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of water and sewage material for the operation and maintenance of the existing water and sewage network in Svelvik municipality. The need depends on the annual adopted and approved budgets for Svelvik municipality, which can vary from year to year.The figures from 2013 imply that water and sewage materials were procured for approx. NOK 800 000. Per 20.11.2014 water and sewage material has been procured for approx. NOK 1 000 000.The framework agreement will mainly apply for water and sewage material for daily operation. When it comes to larger new constructions/rehabilitations that are put up for tender, the purchase of materials will usually be part of the offer from the contractor, and not part of the framework agreement. With smaller new constructions/rehabilitations it may be that the municipality itself provides the materials through this framework agreement.The call-offs will be largely be for pipes and pipe parts, although other products such as pumps and overflow etc. may be included to the extent that these are a part of the tender's product range.
