The Norwegian Environment Agency, hereafter called the contracting authority, shall enter into a framework agreement with a dealer for the procurement of laptop PCs and additional equipment with good guarantee and service schemes.
Due to, amongst other things, predictability, stability and simple operation, the equipment portfolio shall be as homogeneous as possible. The contracting authority always aims to have a limited set of products within the same functional area. PCs shall therefore be delivered from the same manufacturer throughout the entire framework agreement's contract period.

The Norwegian Environment Agency plan to procure approx. 300 PCs in 2015 and approx. 400 PCs in 2016. In 2017 and 2018 the need will be approx. 80 PCs per annum. Approx. 150 monitors are planned to be procured. The contract is subject to budget cover and the Norwegian Environment Agency cannot, therefore, be bound to the estimated procurement need.
