The supplier shall be registered in professional register, trade register or enterprise register, for example the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Documentation showing that the supplier is registered in the professional register, trade register or other enterprise register as prescribed by the law of the state where the supplier is established, for example The Brønnøysund Register Centre.

2. The supplier's financial and economic standing
2.01 The supplier's financial and economic standing
The supplier must have the financial and economic capacity the delivery requires.
Excerpt from the company's annual accounts for 2011 and 2012, and the audit report.
Companies that cannot fulfil the requirement for excerpt of annual accounts, may alternatively submit a business plan with the overall plan for the funding.
When assessing the contractor's financial and economical standing, the Contracting Authority will collect information from Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) via StartBank.
For this delivery a company rating in D&B of A (credit worthy), "Satisfactory" credit profile for the economy and payment history of "Acceptable" may be sufficient.
2.02 Arrears of taxes and levies
The supplier must not have arrears of taxes and levies without having confirmed a repayment agreement with the tax and levy authorities.

2.03 Debt negotiations or bankruptcy
The supplier must not be in debt negotiation or bankrupt.

3.01 The supplier's professional qualifications.
The supplier must have resources in their own business or have at their disposal resources that have the education and professional experience for execution that the project's/ assignment's/ delivery's main subject areas require.
A description of the supplier's technical units (the project organisation) the contractor has at their disposal to fulfil the contract.
The description shall contain an organisation chart of the contractor's project organisation that shows how the supplier will divide responsibility and assignments in the project.
If the supplier does not have qualifications in their own business within one or more of the disciplines described in point 3.01, the contractor shall describe this specifically.
3.02 The supplier's most important carried out services within the discipline.
The supplier shall during the last 2 years have carried out designing, supplying, installing, renting out, dismantling and any resulting works for at least 12 pavilions to schools, nursery schools or offices, whereby 6 or more were of at least equivalent size and complexity of pavilion type C in chapter 8 of the tender documentation.

3.03 The supplier's work force
The supplier must have at least 4 employees in the administrative management for fulfilment of the framework agreement.
