The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of teaching books, teaching resources, literature, fiction, subject books and digital tools/programmes.
The contract is, as a starting point, for deliveries to the municipality's schools and school libraries, but nurseries and other municipal departments shall also be able to use the contract if needed.
The contract does not apply to the municipality's other libraries.
