(2) Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for VAT.

(3) Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for tax.

(4) Requirement to submit a self-declaration in accordance with Regulations' Attachment 2 on HSE

1. The service provider shall have an orderly system in relation to payment of tax and VAT.

2. Tenderers are required to have a functioning system for health, environment and safety.

3. Qualification requirement: The service provider is required to be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1. The company's last annual accounts, including the auditors report and the board's annual report as well as recent information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures.

2. Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Tenderers will be required to have the economic ability to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. Description of the service provider's total manpower and organisation plan.

2. Overview of the service provider's most important contracts in the last 5 years for equivalent assignments within the various services.

3. A statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system or a copy of the system certificate issued by the accredited certification bodies or similar documentation.

4. Copy of central certification in development class 2 or documentation that substantiates that the service proider will achieve local certification in development class 2 within the professions that such certification is required.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1. Qualification requirement: The service provider is required to have a good ability to carry out the contract.

2. Experience is required from equivalent contracts within technical consultancy services, condition analyses and construction management.

3. A good, well-functioning quality assurance system is required.

4. Central certification in development class 2 or documentation that the company will achieve local certification within the professions that such certification is required.
