Framework agreement for strategic consulting services

Noregs Handelshøgskole (NHH)

NHH (the Norwegian School of Economics) is in the start of a new strategy period, and sees the need for consultant help in connection with internal processes. NHH therefore wants to associate themselves with several consulting companies which, after a mini competition, can assist NHH in operationalisation of the overall strategy.
Assignments arising from this agreement will be extremely varied both in nature and scope. NHH expects that some of the assignments will be particularly comprehensive, while other will be brief. Relevant assignments during the agreement period could be:
— Development of a business strategy for an area of operation;
— Establishing new projects or areas for the college;
— Strategy for NHH's requirement for external relationships;
— A roll as 'sparring partner' in internal strategic processes;
— Internal training and transfer of expertise to employees at NHH.
In these processes it is particularly important for NHH to get an external look into the organisation's work. Among other things, in order to distinguish themselves from other educational institutions, in these processes, NHH wants to obtain inspiration from private industry. Experience with business development and process will therefore be important. It will be the consulting firm's task to highlight the possibilities NHH has in a broad sense.
At the same time it is important for NHH that this also leads to a transfer of knowledge to our employees. Therefore emphasis will be placed on to what extend the supplier is able to involve the employees in order to increase the expertise.
