Framework agreement for sports equipment

Øvre Romerike Innkjøpssamarbeid

Øvre Romerike Procurement Cooperation invite tenderers to a tender competition for the delivery of sports equipment for the six municipalities in Øvre Romerike.
The estimated turnover for the goods group is based on historical figures and must be regarded as a guideline. Attention is drawn to the fact that the number of procured products varies considerably from year to year.
Estimated value: Sports equipment: Approx. NOK 800 000 - excluding VAT per annum.
The volume will depend on the contracting authority's budget situation, activities and other influences and the historical purchase volumes should therefore only be used as a guide.
Further information on the assignment is in the specifications annex 3 and the price specifications annex 4.
The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is in accordance with Norwegian laws and regulations, and that the delivery is otherwise in accordance with the order from the user. The supplier is responsible for his sub supplier's services in the same way that he is for his own services.
