Framework agreement for service, repairs and energy assessments of ventilation installations in Fredrikstad municipality
Fredrikstad municipality, Regulation and Technical Operations, is the organisation unit that has the total operational responsibility for municipal buildings, and it will be the department for administration, operation and maintenance who will be the "main orderer" of assignments.
The contracting authority will mainly carry out itself:
— Necessary service, inspection and maintenance of the municipality's installed ventilation installations in the different municipal buildings/sites.
— Procurement and replacement of filters and straps in ventilation installations.
— Prove and notify a need for cleaning channels.
The automation will mainly be delivered by Fredrikstad municipality's framework agreement partner for automation/control plant.
This framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need for such work in addition to that carried out ourselves.
In addition the framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority's need for energy assessments of ventilation installations in accordance with the requirements from NVE.
