Framework agreement for purchase of light sources and material

Statsbygg Hovedkontor

Tender on Framework agreement for light sources with associated materials. The framework agreement shall cover the need for replacement of light sources for the Government Quarter [Regjeringskvartalet], leased properties and potentially other areas of the managed properties in the Oslo region. The agreement shall have a duration of up to four years.
The list of light sources indicates the majority of the type in Appendix 2b will be supplemented during the tender period.
Statsbygg is organised with their main office in Oslo and five regional offices. The regional offices are located in Oslo, Porsgrunn, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø. In addition, Statsbygg is responsible for the operation of many properties distributed throughout the country, including Svalbard, as well as project offices at building sites.
There will be a need for light sources and articles as listed in the Price Schedule (Appendix 2b) to an estimated value of approximately 500 000 NOK per year. The amount only gives and indication of the scope, and the Contracting Authority is under no obligation to reach it.

The tenderer shall be a legally established enterprise.
Company Registration Certificate
Foreign tenderers are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the business is registered.

Secure financial feasibility during the agreement period.
Financial statement with the auditor's report for the last year with the auditing report and any notes, as well as newer information of relevance to the supplier's status.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain your credit evaluation.
Two tax and fee certificates shall be submitted:
— Tax certificate (tax, advance tax deductions, attachment of earnings, payroll tax)
— VAT certificate

— The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity and execution ability
— The tenderer shall have experience with comparable deliveries
— The tenderer shall have an organisation which can perform contract deliveries and services throughout the country.
a) Organisational Chart for the tenderer's business
b) Statement of the tenderer's organisation and personnel that the tenderer has at their disposal for following up of orders and logistics
c) Statement of up to three comparable deliveries that the tenderer has carried out during the last five years, with information about:
I. The client's name
II. The content and scope of the contract.
iii. Time and time frame for the delivery
IV. Contact information for a referee at the respective client.
