Qualifications registration.

Registration/ approval etc.

The contractor shall be registered in professional register, trade register or business register, for example the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Documentation showing that the contractor is registered in the professional register, trade register or other enterprise register as prescribed by the law of the state where the contractor is established, for example The Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Signed "Statement by the CEO" form from Start Bank - BA - industry supplier registry.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

4.2.09.2

Qualifications requirement. Finances.

1. The contractor's financial and economic standing.

The contractor must have the financial and economic capacity the contract requires.

Documentation requirement:

Excerpt from the company's annual accounts for 2011 and 2012, and the auditors report.

Companies that cannot fulfil the requirement for excerpt of annual accounts, may alternatively submit the business plan with the overall plan for the funding.

When assessing the contractor's financial and economical standing, the Contracting Authority will collect information from Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) via StartBank.

For this delivery a company rating in D&B of A-credit worthy, "Satisfactory" credit profile for economy and payment history of "Acceptable" may be sufficient.

2. Arrears of taxes and levies.

The contractor must not have arrears of taxes and levies without having confirmed a repayment agreement with the tax and levy authorities.

A copy of any repayment agreement with the tax authorities.

3. Debt negotiations or bankruptcy.

The supplier must not be in debt negotiation or bankrupt.

Qualifications technical / professional.

1. Contractor's technical/professional qualifications.

The contractor must have personnel within their own company who have the training and work experience required for execution and follow-up of the delivery.

See, for example, section 6.1.

Documentation requirement:

Information on education and professional qualifications of the company's administrative management and those people responsible for performing the service.

CV and diplomas for skilled workers who will be responsible for the executive part of this framework agreement.

2. Quality Assurance System

The contractor should have a well functioning quality assurance system

The contractor shall provide a description of the quality system and attach a copy of the table of contents.

3. The contractor's most important executed services within the subject area.

During the last three years, the contractor shall have completed at least one contract with a contract amount of approx. 1 million NOK excluding VAT.

A list of works executed over the past 3 years.

The documents shall state the work's value as well as the date and place of execution.

4. The contractor's workforce.

Specialist work leaders shall have master certificates and be permanent employees of the company. The contractor must have at least five employees, certified plumbers.

The supplier must have resources in their own business or have at their disposal resources that have the education and professional experience for carrying out and control required by the supplier's main subject area.
