1. Registration/ approval etc.
The supplier shall be registered in professional register, trade register or business register, for example the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
2.01 The supplier's financial and economic standing:
The supplier must have the financial and economic capacity the contract requires.
2.02 Arrears of taxes and levies:
The supplier must not have arrears of taxes and levies without having confirmed a repayment agreement with the tax and levy authorities.
2.03 Debt negotiations or bankruptcy:
The supplier must not be in debt negotiation or bankrupt

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
3.01 Central approval from the Directorate of Construction Quality (DIBK):
Tenderer shall have central approval within the discipline area for lifting appliances or be able to document that local approval will be granted.
Minimum class action 2 within PRO and UTF.
Documentation requirement: copy of approval.
3.02 Approval from the Directorate of Construction Quality (DSB):
The business shall have approval/registration for design and execution of electrical facilities for lifting appliances.
Documentation requirement: Printout from the National Electrical Safety Authority Register or other documentation.
3.03 Supplier's work force:
The supplier must have resources in their own business or have at their disposal resources that have the education and professional experience for carrying out and control required by the supplier's main subject area.
Documentation requirement as stated in connection with this point.
3.04 The supplier's most important executed services within the subject area:
During the last 3 years the supplier should have have carried out at least two framework agreements of equivalent size and complexity.
