Framework agreement for joinery and carpentry work

Kongsberg kommunale Eiendom KF

KKE would like to enter into up to 3 parallel framework agreements with joinery and carpentry companies for assignments connected to ongoing assignments within joinery and carpentry work for the contracting authority. This concerns, amongst other things, odd jobs and planned maintenance work and external and internal joinery and carpentry work connected to alterations/renovations and new buildings/extensions/additions. The agreements concern carrying out a building contract based on NS 8406, yet it may also be desirable for the joiner to assume the role of managing contractor for some work. It can also be necessary for some assignments to add engineering design services to the contractor. See the tender documentation for a further description of the procurement.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Tax certificate;
— VAT certificate.
The certificates should not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
— Foreign Tenderers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones;
— HSE self-declaration;
— Company registration certificate (for Norwegian companies);
— Proof that the company is registered in a trade register or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established (for foreign companies).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Annual Accounts 2013, including the management's annual report and the auditor's statement.
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. A rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include the contract value, date and recipient (name, phone and e-mail). References must be contactable if necessary to clarify the relevance of the contract. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description documenting its relevance.

— Account of the company's size, number of employees and the employees' role in the organisation. The account can preferably be supplemented with an organisation chart. The contractor shall confirm in their account that they have sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the contract.

— The contractor must enclose a master certificate or documentation of equivalent competence (equivalent competence will be considered by the contracting authority).

or other documentation that states that the contractor, including any sub contractors, fulfils the requirements in the Planning and Building Act, so that, based on the received documents, it is probable that central or local certification will be achieved for the mentioned assignments.
