Gjesdal kommune

Supplying of school/office, kindergarten furniture and institution furniture. The assignment also consists of a service element which is consulting and furniture recommendation.
The supply applies to both large and small deliveries.
The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out their own competition for investments over NOK 200 000 excluding VAT and to undertake purchases of furniture with clear pedagogical function at other suppliers when the chosen supplier cannot procure these.

It is expected that the overall value of these contracts is between 25 and 30 million NOK. The assumed volume is based on historical figures from 2012. The amount is guiding and given excluding VAT The amounts do not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. Subject to changes in volume as a result of changed economical framework conditions and municipal activity. As such the volume may vary from year to year depending on the activity and to what degree the contracting authority chooses to utilise the framework agreement or to conduct their own tenders, cf conditions in section 1.2 of the tender documentation.25 000 00030 000 000

The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract by 1 year on verbatim terms. Utilisation of the option shall occur by written notification from the contracting authority, at the latest 3 months before the expiration of the agreement.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The supplier must be a legally established enterprise.

Documentation:

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.

Foreign suppliers: equivalent certificates as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The supplier must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Good solidity is required.

The contracting authority will collect this via Proff Forvalt Credit Information Company www.forvalt.no

The supplier is expected to have familiarised himself with recorded information about the company and on submitting the tender consents that this information will be obtained and form the basis of the assessment of the supplier's economic situation.

If the supplier knows that the requirement regarding the financial capacity to carry out the contract cannot be met via the credit information as specified above, this can be compensated for by the parent company or bank guarantee.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The minimum grade acceptable is 'satisfactory' within two of the following criteria: liquidity, profitability and solvency, cf. Proff Forvalt ranking and/or minimum B3 on the analysis of the Probability of bankruptcy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer is expected to have the capacity to cover the contracting authority's needs of the magnitude as described in this competition.

The supplier shall give a brief statement of their own organisation and number of employees as well as localisation, including the resources the tenderer prevails over.

Mounting resources must be described separately.

Overview of previous deliveries of this scope may be submitted as documentation.
