The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites suppliers to submit applications in a limited tender contest without negotiation, concerning the following contest: Framework agreement for emptying and transportation of waste from the Norwegian Armed Forces establishments in Market area North, department North, the sub areas of Vest-Finnmark and Øst-Finnmark.
The procurement is divided into 2 independent contests where the applications will be evaluated in relation to the specified regime for each of the individual contests. The awarded contracts will also be separate entities even after signing of the contracts, and will be considered separately for extension.
The 2 contest areas are:
1. Vest-Finnmark: Loppa, Kautokeino, Alta, Hammerfest, Nordkapp, Porsanger and Karasjok municipality;
2. Øst-Finnmark: Sør-Varanger municipality.

Statement from the company regarding connection to any officially approved apprenticeship schemes that are valid during the execution of the contract.

Requirement to present a VAT certificate (National requirement).

Requirement to present self-declaration in accordance with Regulations' attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Supplier shall have good financial and economic standing.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Credit assessment of the supplier, no more than 6 months old when calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The assessment shall be issued by a company with a credit reporting license from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, see www.datatilsynet.no. The result of the credit rating must be given as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The supplier (as a company) shall have good experience and expertise with carrying out the works included in this contract.

Suppliers shall have sufficient capacity of personnel and materials to carry out the assignments that fall under this framework agreement.

Documentation requirement:

1. A description shall be given of the supplier's technical personnel or technical entities the supplier has at their disposal to fulfil the contract.

2. The supplier shall describe it's available machinery park. The machines to be used for this framework agreement should be clarified. The report should state for example ; number, type and age of machinery.

If necessary, the supplier can present documentation from subcontractors so that they collectively meet the requirements, refer to point 4.1.
