Framework agreement for contractor services. Painting/Flooring

Vest-Agder fylkeskommune

The framework agreements include painting and floor-laying services with the possibility of bringing materials/equipment to the assignments. The contracting authority may choose to use a separate framework agreement for purchase of painting/covering. The agreement covers the whole of Vest-Agder County, as specified in Sec. 5.
Financial data from 2011–2013 can give an indication of the scope of the agreement, but this is indicative only and is not binding on the contracting authority. Financial data show a ratio of approximately 30:70 for goods and services, respectively. The assignment is described in more detail in Sec. 5.
Tenderers may choose to submit tenders for West Vest-Agder or East Vest-Agder or both. The agreements will start at different times, see the tender documentation.

NB! Th agreement concerning West Vest-Agder will not take effect until 15.5.2015, as the contracting authority currently has an agreement with a supplier there.

The agreement concerning East Vest-Agder will be effective immediately after signing the contract.
