Framework Agreement for consulting services related to maintenance and the development of SharePoint solution

The NPD (The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate - Oljedirektoratet (OD)) has requirement for the provision of services related to upgrading, development and maintenance of our internet built up around the following: Microsoft (MS) IIS 5/6, MS Index Server, and SharePoint. We will enter into a 2 year framework agreement with option for NPD to extend the contract with 1+1 years. The estimated value of the agreement is between 5 and 6 000 000 NOK, including options. We do note that the amount is dependent on funding from the ministry.
NPD currently uses SharePoint 2010 with 2007 design of internal communications and interactions. In the coming years we want to upgrade the solution to SP2013, and tailor the interface to better support our employee's work processes and needs.

Description of the supplier's most relevant contracts in the course of the last few years. The description must include the contract value, time frame and recipient (name, phone and e-mail). References must be contactable if necessary to clarify the relevance of the contract. It is still the supplier's responsibility to document relevance through description. CV s are not relevant documentation in this context.
