This is in order to meet the Client's needs with regard to the operation, maintenance and development of its building stock, and the needs of Helsebygg Midt-Norge with regard to projects.

K 01 - Tax certificate for taxThe bidder is required to have fulfilled his obligations in terms of the payment of taxes. Documentation requirement.Certificate issued by a competent authority confirming that the bidder has fulfilled his obligations with regard to the payment of tax. (In Norway: certificate (RF1244) from the tax collector and the municipal treasurer/collector of taxes, not older than 6 months). If the bidder plans to uses subcontractors, tax certificates for tax must also be submitted for these.

K 02 - Tax certificate for VAT.The bidder is required to have fulfilled his obligations in terms of the VAT. Documentation requirement.Certificate issued by a competent authority confirming that the bidder has fulfilled his obligations with regard to the payment of VAT. (In Norway: certificate (RF1244) from the tax collector and the municipal treasurer/collector of taxes, not older than 6 months). If the bidder plans to uses subcontractors, tax certificates for VAT must also be submitted for these.

K 03 - Company Registration Certificate.Requirement: The bidder shall be a legally established enterprise.Documentation requirement.Established enterprise: Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises or certificate of registration in the professional register with regard to the legislation in the country in which the bidder is established.Recently established/in the process of being established: Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises, or if not available, the Memorandum of Association (AS).The certificate must be no older than 12 months.

K 04 - The bidder must have a functioning HSE system, and be able to document that all legal requirements in Norway in terms of health, safety and the environment (HSE) have been fulfilled, or if necessary will be fulfilled if the contract is awarded.Documentation requirement: Complete the form from the website http://www.lovdata.no/for/sf/fa/ta-20060407-0402-035.html and submit the signed form with the bid.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

K 05 - Sufficient financial ability (solvency) is required to execute the contracts obligations.The Credit Rating which will form the basis to be eligible for this competition will be not less than "Credit Worthy" (equivalent to A at AAA Soliditet).To be documented with the company's most recent annual report, including any new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.).The client will use Ravnifo.no/Soliditet for its assessment.The Contracting authority will themselves gather credit ratings as a basis for the assessment stated above.The gathering will occur after the tender deadline and on the same date for all tenderers.For start-up companies, companies with poor rating or businesses who are not credit-rated, there can instead be filed parent company guarantees, bank guarantees, etc. that provide an equivalent security for the execution capacity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

K 06 - Supplier shall have a properly functioning quality assurance/quality control system.To be documented with a statement about the quality assurance/quality control system.If this is described in accordance withISO 9001 or equivalent 3rdparty verified systems, the submission of a valid certificate will suffice.

K 07 - Requirement that the bidder shall satisfy requirements regarding the right to accept responsibility in enterprise class 3 in the respective speciality, where this is a requirement.Documentation requirement: Based on the activity and the consequences of errors, the enterprise and its partners are required to document that they satisfy the requirement for the right to accept responsibility for designing and inspecting in enterprise class 3 for the respective specialities, where this is a requirement, cf. Building Application Regulations.
