AFK plans to starting using BizTalk as an integration tool in the near future. AFK does not have knowledge of BizTalk and would, therefore, like assistance.
The current system has a number of file based integrations. Most of these are for information to and from the school administrative systems. A new school administrative system (Visma Flyt Skole) is being developed and is expected to be put into operation in 2016. We would now like to join up with competence in integrations around the school administrative systems for both the current and future integration system.

The integrations that will be included in the project will be clarified with the chosen service provider.When BizTalk is installed and configured, and the pilot integrations are approved, AFK would like assistance with the further development of the system. AFK will require, amongst other things, assistance with the evaluation of to what extent concrete file based integrations shall be replaced by BizTalk (cost-benefit). The framework agreement is valid from 2.2.2015 - 1.2.2016 (1 year). The contracting authority can extend the contract on the same terms for 1+1+1 year.

Requirement 1:

The service provider shall be registered in professional register, trade register or company register, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Documentation:

Documentation showing that the service provider is registered in the professional register, trade register or other enterprise registers as required by the law of the state where the service provider is established, e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement 1:

The service provider shall have the financial and economic capacity the contract requires.

Documentation:

Extracts from the company's annual accounts for 2013 and the auditor's report.

Companies that cannot fulfil the requirement for extracts of annual accounts, may alternatively submit the business plan with the overall plan for funding.

During assessment of the service provider's financial and economic position, the contracting authority will itself obtain a credit assessment from Dun and Bradstreet Norway AS via StartBank.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 1:

The service provider must have access to resources that have the expertise and implementation capability in the disciplines required by the contract.

The service provider shall have a broad environment with consultants who have competence in BizTalk.

Documentation requirement 1:

The service provider must provide a description of the organisation, and the manner in which the organisation will be used to carry out the agreement.

The description shall, at a minimum, provide an overview of the company's total resources who have competence in BizTalk. The description shall be presented as a matrix, with 2 columns: Title and knowledge level in BizTalk.

NB! The description shall not include CVs or other references to concrete consultants.

Requirement 2:

The service provider shall have experience from a minimum of two comparable contracts. Comparable contracts mean assignments carried out for major public entities.

Documentation requirement 2:

List of the most important deliveries in the last 3 years.
