The framework agreements shall ensure the necessary professional consultancy services for the following execution work in the form of necessary maintenance, improvements after damage, some renewal, some investments and otherwise different general contracts, also joint contracts etc. Framework agreements within four different disciplines shall be signed in this procurement. This procurement is for parallel framework agreements for technical consultancy, including condition assessments and analyses, working out sketch project/detailed project/tender documentation and the tender process, cost calculations for the disciplines RIB, RIE, RIV and RIBr. Parallel framework agreements for architect services and construction management shall be signed in accordance with separate competitions in separate subsequent notices.
All properties are located in Oslo municipality. The estimated value of this framework agreement can have a total value of approx,. NOK 3 000 000 per annum. The Contracting Authority emphasises that the figures are experience based estimates and that the actual volume might vary from year to year. The estimated value is not binding for the Contracting Authority..
