Framework agreement for company healthcare services

Brønnøysundregistrene

The Brønnøysund Registre Centre (BR) shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement from 1.1.2015 — 31.12.2016, for company orientated healthcare services. The agreement shall contain a unilateral option for BR to extend the agreement with 1 + 1 years.
Company healthcare services (BHT) aims to perform company orientated services in accordance with the Working Environment Act and chapter 13 of the regulation for organisation, management and participation.
A contact will be entered into with one supplier for these services. BR is an IW-company [Inclusive Workplace] (including working life). The supplier shall be a participant in IA work to prevent and reduce sick-leave, strengthen job presence and improve the working environment, and also prevent exclusion and withdrawal from working life. The tender should ensure good accessibility for all employees.
We want a solution orientated supplier with the ability to innovate and who is up to date on development with the HSE area.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement to present a VAT certificate (National requirement).
Requirement to present a tax certificate (National requirement).
Requirement to present self-declaration in accordance with Regulations attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).
The Contracting Authority will obtain the company registration certificate themselves for Norwegian tenderers. Foreign tenderers must attach certificates that prove that they are legally-established businesses as determined by the law of the country in which the supplier is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company's most recent Annual Report with notes, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures if available.
If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the economic situation has changed significantly since the last submitted Annual Report, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the Contracting Authority can accept. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the Contracting Authority in writing in order to clarify what other documentation is acceptable. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain the tenderers' credit ratings.

The tenderer is required to have adequate economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/agreement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall attach an overview of his experience from comparable assignments. The summary must contain the most important deliveries over the last three years, their value/scope, what the delivery included, the time and recipient. Form – Attachment 6 must be used.
