Framework agreement for asphalting MOHÅ

This framework agreement shall primarily cover the Contracting Authority's need to do call-off for operational services and maintenance assignments. This involves both renovation (milling and re asphalting etc.) and new establishment of asphalt including mass replacement etc.
The procurement is divided into 2 independent competitions where the tenders will be evaluated in related to the specified award regime for each of the individual competitions.
The awarded contracts will be separate entities even after signing, and will be considered prolonged separately.
Sub area 1: Harstad, Evenes and Tjeldsund kommune + Bjerkvik/Elvegårdsmoen shall also be covered, but a mark-up will be accepted here, refer to price form B1).
Sub area 2: Whole of Bodø kommune is included, the bulk of the assignments will be at: Reitan, Bodin leir, Bodø Main Air Base and the Norwegian Armed Forces housing in Bodø.

The supplier shall have good financial and economic standing, and the economic capacity to fulfil the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Credit assessment of the supplier, not older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The assessment shall be issued by a company with a credit reporting license from the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, see www.datatilsynet.no. The result of the credit assessment must be given as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale.

The supplier shall have the necessary capacity and competence to fulfil the contract.

Central approval or documentation substantiating that local approval will be given according to PBL in the following approval areas for the old approval scheme:

— Action Class: 3.

For the new approval scheme:

— Function: Designing and executing,

— Type of action: Overall responsibility for execution of building, facility or construction, technical installations,

*Copy of previous approvals granted in the last 3 years, or confirmation/pre-approval from municipalities may be submitted as documentation of local approval. If you are considering submitting other documentation, this should be clarified with the Contraction Authority before the submission deadline

If the supplier themselves does not hold Action Class 3, sub contractors may be utilised, for more information on documentation requirements under these circumstances refer to point 6.2
