Framework agreement for architect services, landscape architect services and special competence within architecture and engineering professions.
The services are divided into two categories, with category 1 consisting of ordinary architect and landscape architect services, such as sketches, feasibility studies, development planning work and engineering design services. Category 2 consists of more specialised servies within architecture and the engineering professions.
Tenderers must be able to offer all the services in category 1. If a tenderer would like to offer services in category 2, but does not have the competence, the tenderer can use a sub supplier's competence. A binding statement must then be submitted for the services involved, see the attached template.
The two categories in the framework agreement are as follows:
Category 1: Ordinary architect and landscape architect services.
Assigments for preparing sketch projects and feasibility studies, minor development assignments, location and site analyses and suitability assessments. This category also includes engineering design services and/or function of responsible applicant for work requiring applications for the renovation or alteration of buildings.
Category 2: Special competence – reviews and analyses.
Assignments for reviews and analyses of sites, landscape, vegetation and biological diversity, dealing with water and surface water, cultural monument protection, traffic and universal design. In some cases EBY can require a physical model.
