— Internal quality assurance of financial statements;
— Internal quality assurance of pay, travel expenses and fees;
— Assessment and counseling in relation to accounting principles;
— Internal controls;
— Irregularities;
— General financial management;
— Advising on the use of ERP systems;
— Advising in relation to the future developments at the Finance Department;
— Advising in relation to the payment of fees and wages abroad;
— Possible other areas.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1.) The service provider shall be a legally established company.
Norwegian companies shall enclose a company registration certificate.
Foreign companies shall provide documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the service provider is established.
(2.) The service provider shall have his tax and VAT payments in order, documented by:
Tax certificate;
VAT certificate (Certificate for paid VAT).
Businesses can order tax and VAT certificate in one place. You can either apply to your local tax collection office or tax office. The certificates should not be older than six months calculated from the tender deadline. See www.skatteetaten.no
Foreign service providers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian ones.
(3.) The service provider must have a functioning HSE system.
Documented via the signed HES statement.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The service provider must have sufficient financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract obligations.
Documented via a credit evaluation/rating not older than 1 year and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. A rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The Research Council of Norway also wishes to be able to obtain its own credit assessment where appropriate.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The service provider must have:
(1.) Very good implementation ability and capacity to carry out the requested services;
(2.) A good, well-functioning quality assurance system is required.
A brief description of the service provider's implementation ability (for relevant/comparable assignments) and capacity shall be attached.
Statement of the company's routines in relation to quality assurance.
