The service provider's work will generally consist of consultancy connected to assessments of company law and contract law conditions and the preparation of different forms of decision basis. Consultancy, consultation and guidance, including assistance with the preparation of documents connected to economic and financial questions will be particularly relevant. Assistance connected to the establishment and changing of companies will be particularly relevant, but the Ministry of Transport shall also be able to use the service provider in other questions connected to the project. The Ministry believes the problems will, amongst other things, be connected to: — Facilitation for the start-up of companies. — Commercial operation of companies. — Financial transactions, handover of assets etc. upon the separation of activities. — Value assessments and preparation of opening balance.
