The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for;
— Services in connection with control and improvement of fire alarm system and emergency lighting system in The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency Western market area.
— To maintain the fire alarm system and emergency lighting installation's security level, including the adaptation of the existing buildings and operational conditions and carry out smaller maintenance assignments.
The agreements aim to ensure service provisions for the Norwegian Armed Forces military organisation, by maintaining and increasing the capacity and expertise of these types of services.
The contract owner for the framework agreement concept will be The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency rental at MOVE.
All departments The Norwegian Defence Estate Agency can use the agreement within given geographical areas.
The framework agreement can also be used by the entire Norwegian Armed Forces, i.e. each department that enters into or is subject to The Royal Ministry of Defence, and which manages and operates it's own building stock in the given geographical areas.
The tender competition is divided into two competitive areas which can be individually tendered for, respectively competition area Hordaland, Sogn og Fjordane and competition area Rogaland and Agder.
