The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement concerning the purchase of consultancy and training services within the procurement, operation and administration of ID-related services and functions (passports and various ID cards).The procurement will secure the justice sector sufficient capacity and competence within the service area.
More information concerning the procurement is given in Appendix A Specification of Requirements.
The contracting authority has the option to extend the agreement subject to the same conditions by one year, so that the total possible length of the agreement is four years.
Based on procurements in previous years, a non-binding estimate can be given to the contracting authority of approximately NOK 30,000,000 peryear depending on awards.
