Business estate agency services for Finnmark, Troms and Nordland respectively and related consultancy services.
The assignment includes, amongst other things, the following aspects:
The estate agent is to assist the contracting authority under parts of or all of the process from planning and preparing sales objects, to the residence/property being sold and the estate agent has carried out the settlement with registration of the deeds etc.
"Simple" business properties are included in another existing framework agreement for residence estate agency services.
"Simple" business properties means properties regulated for business purposes that do not require business expertise for the sale. We envisage the following properties; garages, bunkers, warehouses of minor character etc.
Separate tenders can be submitted for the following 3 geographical areas (counties):
Finnmark, Troms and Nordland.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating of the company, not older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The rating shall be performed by an independent actor (licensee) who normally offers company credit rating services. The result of the credit rating must be given as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale.

Statement of the company's turnover related to business estate agency services for the last three available accounting years, dependent on the date when the company was established or when the service provider started his business, to the degree that information on such turnover is available.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The company shall be a certified estate agent in accordance with the law on estate agency services (LOV 2007-06-29 no 73), and otherwise fulfil chapter 4 in the same Act. Certification from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway shall be enclosed.

List of the company's three largest or most significant contracts within business estate agency services within each of the geographical areas a tender is submitted for, contracts not older than three years. The list shall include information on value, date and the name of the public or private recipient of the service.

Account of the service provider's total workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last three years, which is relevant for solving the assignment for the part of the contract a tender is submitted for.

A statement of how much of the contract the service provider intends to leave to sub suppliers.
