Framework agreement — Assistance for processing and further developing risk indicators for noise in the petroleum industry

As a part of the project Risk Level in the Norwegian petroleum industry (RNNP), Sinus AS has assisted the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway with the development of a risk indicator for noise since 2002.
Ptil needs to enter into a new framework agreement to continue this work.
The work that shall be carried out in the coming years will be built directly on the work that Sinus AS has carried out for the development of a risk indicator for noise in the RNNP-project in the period 2002-2014. The project shall be continued and the work consists of, amongst other things:
— Processing the submitted data in RNNP
— Further development of the risk indicator for noise and guidelines for reporting as needed.
— Any other assistance connected to noise and the RNNP-project.

The service provider must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the service provider is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The service provider must have the financial capacity to comply with the contract obligations.
Documentation requirement:
— The accounts for the last two years, including the annual report with notes and the auditor's statement.
— Credit appraisal/rating, not older than one year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. The service provider shall have relevant professional top expertise.
2. The service provider shall have relevant experience from similar contracts.
3. The service provider shall have execution ability and capacity.
4. A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that will be provided.
Documentation requirement:
1. The service provider's competence profile. This means a general description of what competence and qualifications the service provider can offer.
2. The service provider must provide a list of the most important deliveries during the past three years, including information on value, date and contracting authority (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
3. Overview of relevant manpower at the service provider.
4. A short account of the service provider's quality assurance system/management system.
And/or
a copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation.
