Flekkefjord Cultural Centre – Execution
Flekkefjord kommune extends an invitation to open tender competition for
execution contracts for the project Flekkefjord Cultural Centre.
Flekkefjord Cultural Centre shall be established in the Cinema Quarter (Kinokvartalet) of Flekkefjord and is a new construction with a gross area of approx. 3.100m2 divided over 3 floors in addition to a technical room on the roof.
The project is planned to be carried out as a partial contract or a general contract.
The following contracts are requested:
B.1 - Rigging and operation of the general contract
B.2 - Foundation works
B.3 - Concrete works
B.4 - Steel constructions
B.5 - Load bearing structures of wood.
B.6 - Parquet floors
B.7 - Carpentry works
B.8 - Joinery works including fixed fixtures
B.9 - Windows
B.10 - Doors including locks and fittings
B.11 - Tile works
B.12 - Sheet metal works
B.13 - Metal works including rails.
B.14 - Glass works
B.15 - Painter, wallpapering and floor laying
B.16 - Ceilings
B.17 - Seating and seating build up
R.1 - Plumbing works
V.1 - Ventilation System
E.1 - Electrical work including Building Management system
T.1 - Lifts
T.2 - Lifting table
A.1 - Construction work on the site
RI.1- Demolition for clearing the site
S.1 - Stage technology works
