— The service provider shall be a legally established company.
— Company Registration Certificate (§17-10).
— The service provider shall be registered in the professional register in the country of which the service provider is established.
— Certificates for registration in a professional register as provided in the legislation in the country of which the service provider is established.
— The service provider shall have settled conditions with regard to the payment of taxes and VAT.
— Tax and VAT certificates not older than 6 months.
The certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or the tax office. (§17-14). Use RF-1244.
— Norwegian service providers who are not VAT obliged must provide confirmation of this from the tax authorities. (§17-14). Use RF-1244.
— Foreign service providers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities to the Norwegian authorities.
— The service provider shall comply with the regulations requirements to HSE.
— The HSE self-declaration shall be completed (§17-15). See appendix 5.

The service provider must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
— The company's most recent annual report, as well as recent information which with relevance to the company's fiscal figures (§17-8).
— The company's annual accounts for the previous 2 fiscal years, or extracts thereof
— The service provider shall be worthy of credit.
— A credit appraisal, not older than 6 months, based on the most recent known accounting figures.

— Overview of the company's total manpower.
— Manpower for this assignment (organisation chart) with names and CVs for the key personnel involved in the assignment
— The company's principal deliveries over the last 3 years, including their values, dates and recipients.
(§17-9).
— Statement of the quality assurance system/the quality management system.
If the company is certified, evidence of the certification must be attached.
— The company's environmental status should be confirmed by completing the enclosed form. Environmental Requirements for the business, see Appendix 6.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— The service provider shall have a level of staffing that the contracting authority considers satisfactory — this applies to both scope and qualifications.
— Experience from similar contracts is required.
— The service provider must have a well-functioning quality assurance system/quality management system.
— The service provider shall employ environmental management measures during the performance of the contract.
Kontraktutførelse
Andre særlige vilkår:
— It is a requirement that the service provider's wages and working conditions are in accordance with commonly accepted tariff agreements or nationwide tariff agreements for the relevant area included in the contract.
— The tenderer shall enclose a self-declaration which confirms that the wages and working conditions are in accordance with commonly accepted tariff agreements or nationwide tariff agreements. See appendix 7.
— In those cases where sub-providers with manufacturing sites in countries outside the EU/EEA are used, it must be established that international concordance of work environment and employee's rights are met.
