Fauske municipality, c/o the chief municipal executive, is holding a restricted tender competition for a turnkey contract for the construction of the new Vestmyra School.
The turnkey contract is for the engineering design services for and the construction of the new Vestmyra Shool, years 1–10, outside areas, etc. This includes altering the existing school building for years 1–4 and connecting it to the new building. The turnkey contract also includes the demolition of the existing school building (years 8-10) of 5 480 m². The demolition will be carried out when the new building has been completed.
The new school's total gross area will be approx. 9 300 m², of which the existing school building for years 1–4 will make up approx. 1 700 m². The site for the school has a total of approx. 42.5 decares and it is located approx. 1 km north of the centre of Fauske. The address is Gymnasveien 12, 8207 Fauske.
The turnkey contractor will be responsible for all the engineering design services and the execution. Solutions with drawings on a framework application level are to be prepared by the turnkey contractor and enclosed with the tender.
The tenderer will be chosen in mid August 2014, the school shall be completed by 15.6.2016.
