Fauske municipality, c/o the chief municipal executive, is holding a restricted tender competition for a turnkey contract for the construction of the new Vestmyra School.
The turnkey contract is for the engineering design services for and the construction of the new Vestmyra Shool, years 1–10, outside areas, etc. This includes altering the existing school building for years 1–4 and connecting it to the new building. The turnkey contract also includes the demolition of the existing school building (years 8-10) of 5 480 m². The demolition will be carried out when the new building has been completed.
The new school's total gross area will be approx. 9 300 m², of which the existing school building for years 1–4 will make up approx. 1 700 m². The site for the school has a total of approx. 42.5 decares and it is located approx. 1 km north of the centre of Fauske. The address is Gymnasveien 12, 8207 Fauske.
The turnkey contractor will be responsible for all the engineering design services and the execution. Solutions with drawings on a framework application level are to be prepared by the turnkey contractor and enclosed with the tender.
The tenderer will be chosen in mid August 2014, the school shall be completed by 15.6.2016.

Company registration certificate; confirmation of registration in a company register. Foreign companies: Certificate of registration in a trade register or other company register as described in the law in the country where the contractor and/or his sub contractors are established.

Taxes and duties
The contractor shall have satisfactory affairs regarding the payment of taxes and VAT.
Documentation:
Certificate from the chief municipal treasurer (tax, advance payment, garnishments, employer's contributions).
Certificate from the tax collector in the relevant county (VAT)
Foreign companies: Certifiicate issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer's country that confirms that the contractor has fulfilled his obligations regarding the payment of duties in accordance with the legal provisions in his home country.
The certificates should not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline.
The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
Auditor approved accounts with the report for the last 2 years. If an applicant has more information that ought to be taken into consideration, this is to be enclosed.
The company's last annual report and an account of any conditions from the current accounting year that can be significant for the accounting figures.
Credit rating/rating, not older than 6 months, carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

The company shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
HSE self-declaration in accordance with the current regulations, cf. appendix 1.
The self-declaration shall not be older than 3 years calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
