Fagerholt school - passive building and demolition of existing buildings

The current buildings at Fagerholt School are to be demolished and redeveloped. The demolition and redevelopment shall be carried out in 2 stages. The demolition and redevelopment works are a part of this contract. A new, two-story school, with gymnasium, will be built. The buildings will be in use in stage 2 (pavilion) during the construction works.
Alternative construction types can be chosen. The buildings' design takes into account delivery of building elements, modules, concrete, manhole covers etc. Compliance with the tender documents in consideration of all other qualities and requirements is mandatory. All enclosed elements and modules must be NTG-Certified (SINTEF: SINTEF Technical Approval)
Requirements regarding the rooms' minimum net area (NTA) are in the function sketch. The rooms shall be situated in relation to each other in accordance with the prepared function sketch. The gross area will be adjusted in relation to the chosen supporting construction from the contractor's side.
The building shall be constructed as a passive building in accordance with NS3701 - last approved edition.
Sketches and quality descriptions have been prepared for the project, but no detailed planning per se has taken place. Tenderers shall submit complete designs and constructions.
