The project includes the necessary reconstruction and establishment of specially equipped rooms to meet the functional requirements of a middle school. New ventilations system will be installed throughout the school with the exception of the East wing, where there is currently a ventilation system that will be adapted to the conversion. The following works will be necessitated by these majors: structural work, upgrading or replacement of electrical and telecommunications systems and replacement of municipal water and wastewater pipes. There will be some asbestos removal, and two new lifts will be installed.The school will be evacuated at the start of the work, so that there will be no school in operation (SID) during construction.See also Attachment 2

A certificate of company registration must be submitted, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the supplier is established.

— An overview of assignments carried out during the last 5 years, together with testimonials of satisfactory execution of the most important work. The testimonials should state the value, time frame and place the work was performed and indicate whether the works were professionally and properly completed. References should be given and UBF given authority to contact them.

— A statement of the supplier's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last three years (can be the same document as the expertise matrix).
— Central approval or declaration that the company/organisation is eligible for local approval.
— Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies that confirms the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2002. The Contracting authority also accepts other documentation that shows that the supplier has equivalent quality assurance measures.
