Modum municipality invites tenderers to an open tender competition for estate agency services for the sale of housing plots that are under development in Mælumenga residential estate, Åmot. The assignment is for 2 years and includes the sale of plots for approx. 40 detached houses, approx. 15 units of concentrated buildings and plots for terraced houses and terrace blocks from the previous construction stage. There is also an option for an extension of 1+1 year including the sale of a further plots for approx. 30 detached houses, which are expected to be completed in 2017 an 2018.
