Romsdal's Museum, as the contracting authority, invites competitive tenders for the following construction contracts associated with new public and administrative buildings at Romsdal's Museum:
Contract E 05. Sanitation, heating and sprinkler facility for public and storage buildings.
All offers are to be delivered electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no within the deadline. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system also does not allow to submit quotations online via Mercell after the tender deadline).

It is recommended that the offer is submitted well before the deadline, for example a minimum of 1 hour before the tender deadline.

The last delivered quotation is considered as the final quote. The new offer must satisfy the same formal requirements.
The offer requires electronic signature upon delivery.
During the submission of the offer you will be asked for an electronic signature to prove that it is the actual tenderer who has sent the offer. You can obtain an electronic signature at www.commfides.com, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no.
Please note that it may take several days for the electronic signature to be delivered to you and as such this process should be initiated as soon as possible.

Option for stainless steel sanitation equipment with especially designed custom-furnishings in the building have been placed in the tender documentation, and should be priced in the tender.

To be eligible, the supplier pledges to have workers having the pay and working conditions in compliance with the provisions in 2008-02-08 No. 112 relating to wages and working conditions in public contracts imposed on suppliers of advertised service contracts and construction contracts. Confirmation of declaration on attached form.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Supplier must document that the company has financial execution capabilities by submission of official annual accounts for the last 2 years, 2011 and 2012 attached to the boards and auditor's report.

Liability Insurance shall have a minimum coverage in accordance with. NS 8405:2008, section 10. Copy of insurance policy is attached as documentation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Approval in relation to requirements of the Planning and Building Dept. in Molde. To be eligible, the supplier must document that the provider's company and the supplier's subcontractors have central approval for UT F in action class 2. Copy of central approval, or Copy of previously awarded responsibility. If the tenderer and its subcontractors do not have national approval, the supplier can substantiate in some other way that the corresponding local approval can be achieved. Copy of previously awarded responsibility can be attached as supporting documentation. Foreign supplier must document equivalent expertise so that local approval can be achieved.

To be eligible, the tenderer must document that all of the tenderers' entities and the tenderer's subcontractors have sufficient professional and technical expertise to carry out deliveries within the contract requirements. The tenderer shall document this with: Reference list. Reference list describing the firm's main comparable, relevant references from the past three years. References shall indicate the contract place, value and contact person for the contracting authority. b. Reference list describing the subcontractors' main references from the past three years. References shall indicate the contract place, value and contact person for the contracting authority.

At the tenderer's organisation, the project manager, construction site manager(s), schedule planner and the person responsible for SHE must be Norwegian speaking. Documented by a declaration. See also section 3.4 in Administrative regulations regarding language in the project.
