Enquiry for the development and operation of fibre access network from Hundsneset to Kragset in Vanylven municipality

The main aim of the procurement is to establish a fibre based distribution network between Hundsneset and Kragset in Vanylven municipality. The municipality already has a fibre based distribution network in existance at Hundsneset, and we would like to extend this to Kragset via Klovningen. The access network shall be conveyed via a mixture of masts, pipes and submarine cable.
The developer will be given the opportunity to procure up to 50 % of the capacity in the fibre cable, in return for reduced development costs. The supplier can also influence the choice of route and places with coil for branches/joins. The costs for this must be specified and paid entirely by the developer.
