Engineering design services for and the alteration of an unloading station for bulk materials

The Port of Mo i Rana would like to collect tenders for the provision of engineering design services for and the alteration of an existing rail crane chassis to an unloading station for bulk materials.
The change of the crane chassis and the assembly of new components must be done on-site.
Submitting tenders
All tenders must be submitted electronically via the Mercell portal at www.mercell.no by the tender deadline. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be sent in electronically via Mercell subsequent to the deadline for receipt of tenders).

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline, for example a minimum of 1 hour before the tender deadline expires. In the event that additional information from the Contracting Authority leads to you wanting to revise your tender before the tender deadline expires, you can go in and open the tender, make changes and resubmit right up until the tender deadline expires. The last submitted tender will be seen as the final tender.
The tender requires an electronic signature upon delivery.
During the submission of the tender you will be asked for an electronic signature to prove that it is the actual tenderer who has sent the offer. Electronic signatures can be obtained from www.commfides.com, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no
Please note that it may take several days for the electronic signature to be delivered to you and as such this process should be initiated as soon as possible.
Mercell recommends that you test sign the available certificate as soon as possible (well before the tender deadline). The test functionality is in the registration/tender submission stages.
