In many years, the site located at Seterbråten has been relevant for development into local housings. Needs assessments show that Søndre Nordstrand district in Oslo has a major requirement for 2 and 3 rooms' apartments. The site area is approx. 8 030 m². The project includes 7 detached blocks of flats of small housing nature, where the number of apartments in each building varies from 6 to 8. In total the project amounts to 44 apartments, of which 12 apartments comprise 3 rooms and 32 apartments comprise 2 rooms. Moreover the contract includes e.g. establishment of a heating plant (below ground level), sports equipment sheds, playground as well as parking areas on ground level.
