Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Copy of the transport licence.
HSE self-declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tax and VAT certificates.
Copy of the annual accounts for 2013 or extracts thereof.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Service providers are obliged to have employees with sufficient experience, knowledge and competence to carry out the assignment. Manpower with the names and CVs of key persons are to be stated in the tender.
Service providers are obliged to have modern and technically reliable mobile material and equipment for emptying, de-watering and transporting sludge. The type of material and equipment that will be used is to be stated in the tender.
Additional equipment is required with good mobility as some of the installations ca be difficult to access. The installations that are not accessible from the mobile de-watering unit shall be emptied for raw sludge with a tractor/small vehicle with a sludge suction equipment and de-watered before delivery to a treatment plant. The type of additional material and additional equipment that will be used shall be stated in the tender.

Kontraktutførelse
Innskudd og garantier som kreves:
As a guarantee for correct fulfilment of the contract, security shall be provided in the form of surety from a bank or insurance company equivalent to 10 % of the estimated annual contract sum.
The guarantee shall involve the guarantor being obliged to pay immediately without any objections be filed of any kind from the relationship between the service provider and the contracting authority or objections connected to other conditions.
Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem:
The service provider is invoice the contracting authority in arrears once a month. The contracting authority is to have 30 days payment deadline after an approved invoice has been received. Fees will not be accepted.
Andre særlige vilkår:
The service provider is responsible for the provision of all the services in the assignment, also those that are carried out by any sub suppliers. The contracting authority shall approve sub suppliers.
The service provider shall have liability insurance. The insurance shall cover liability for damaged caused to the contracting authority, the contracting authority's service providers or a third party and property by the service provider and his sub suppliers in connection with the execution of the assignment. The insurance sum shall not be less than 50 G. The service provider's liability is not limited to this amount.

The service provider shall, without extra cost, offer overviews/statistics in an appropriate format of relevant key figures connected to this contract. This can be the delivered volume, deviation reports, updated customer register etc.
The contracting authority has the right to check that the service has been properly carried out in accordance with the description in the tender. This involves the right to inspections of equipment and installations, insight into all documents that are relevant for this contract, as well as the right to review and revise audits, HSE systems etc.

The service provider's employees and employees at any sub suppliers shall have wage and work terms that are not worse than those in nationwide tariff agreements, or what is seen as normal for the trade. The contracting authority shall be given the opportunity to check this. The contracting authority can implement day fines (cf. point 6.3) if the service provider does not comply with these requirements.
