The competition is for a contract for the provision of electricity.
The contract value is estimated to: NOK 12,500,000 excluding VAT per annum.
The volume is estimated on statistics and the accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent products for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The volume must therefore be considered an estimate and not binding.

The award of contract will be on the basis of lowest price.
Evaluation of price. A scale from 0-100 will be used where the lowest price gives 100 points. The points for prices and costs are set based on a proportional price difference calculated in percentage points in relation to the lowest price.
Tenderers shall fill in the price matrix below. Prices shall be given excluding VAT, but they shall include all the supplier's other costs (fees, remuneration and all other cost elements).

It is recommended that the tender be submitted well before the deadline. The last received tender is regarded as the final tender.
