Stavanger municipality would like to prequalify contractors for a contract for the new Eiganes school. The aim of the prequalification is to ensure that the chosen contractor has the necessary competence and capacity to fulfil the contract. After the prequalification, the contracting authority will hold a restricted tender competition, in which prequalified contractors will be invited to participate. The new Eiganes school shall include Eiganes school (1st–7th years) with a separate department for autistics (ESA), the French School and a local environment centre. The total area is approx. 7 080 m².
The project has an estimated project cost of approx. 280 000 000 NOK including VAT. Contract cost approx. 160 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.
