Stavanger municipality would like to prequalify contractors for a contract for the new Eiganes school. The aim of the prequalification is to ensure that the chosen contractor has the necessary competence and capacity to fulfil the assignment. After the prequalification, the contracting authority will hold a restricted tender competition, in which the prequalified contractors will be invited to participate. The new Eiganes school shall include Eiganes school (1st - 7th years) with a separate department for autistics (ESA), the French School and a local environment centre. Total area approx. 7080 m2.
The project has an estimated project cost of approx. 280 million NOK including VAT. Contract cost approx. 160 million NOK excluing VAT).
