EEA 049-2013 Framework agreement for the purchase of musical instruments and audio equipment

Description of Contract:
Framework agreement for the purchase of musical instruments and audio equipment for use in the school and its Arts programme. The agreement will include keyboards, guitar/bass, PA, drums/percussion, stands and accessories.The instruments and audio equipment shall be of such quality that they can withstand extensive and daily use. The agreement will not include the acoustic piano / grand piano, wood and brass wind instruments.
Submitting tenders
All tenders must be submitted electronically via the Mercell portal at www.mercell.no by the tender deadline.Late tenders will be rejected.(The system also does not allow the submission of quotations online via Mercell after the tender deadline).

It is recommended that the offer be submitted well before the deadline.
Should there be additional information from the contracting authority which leads to you wanting to change your offer before the tender deadline, you can go in and open the offer, make any changes and resubmit right up until the tender deadline.The quotation to be submitted last will be considered as the final quote.
The offer requires electronic signature upon delivery.
During the submission of the offer you will be asked for an electronic signature to prove that it is the actual tenderer who has sent the offer.You can obtain an electronic signature at www.commfides.com, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no
Please note that it may several days for the electronic signature to be delivered to you and as such this process should be initiated as soon as possible.
