EEA 047-2014 Protective clothing for fire-fighters

Bergen kommune

Bergen kommune with Bergen Brannvesen (Fire Service) want to enter into framework agreement for the purchase of protective clothing for fire-fighters.
The framework agreement splits into four parts divided in the following product groups:
— Product group 1: Emergency wear/protective clothing for smoke divers (jacket and trousers).
— Product group 2: Glovers for smoke divers.
— Product group 3: Fire boots/boots for smoke divers.
— Product group 4: Rescue coveralls for crews in the fire service.
The need for supplementary deliveries throughout the year must be expected.
In addition, the framework agreement includes the possibility for repair/rectification of goods included in the tender.
It is possible to tender for all or parts of the procurement. On the front page of the tender (Appendix 2), the tenderer should mark which part of the procurement is included in the offer.
The Contracting Authority will enter into framework agreement with up to four suppliers, with a maximum of one supplier per product group. Four award evaluations will be undertaken, one for each part of the framework agreement. See point 5.1 for more information on the award criteria.

Norwegian suppliers:
- Tax Certificate, issued by the Tax office or the Tax Collection Office (form RF-1244). The Tax Certificate must not be issued more than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Foreign suppliers:
— Foreign suppliers are to provide authorisation from the corresponding authorities in the countries where they are registered for tax. If the authorities in respective countries do not issue such authorisation, the supplier must provide a declaration form regarding whether there is arrears on tax and if so the size of this. The self declaration must be signed.
