Bergen municipality seeks to purchase premier sport equipment for 'Dry training' at the main swimming and diving facility in Norway.
All products/equipment shall meet the requirements set out specifications for dry training facilities in FINA's regulations and instructions for dry training facilities, as well as Norway's Gymnastics Federation and the Norwegian Athletics Federation, see the price and product form.

Requirements for quality management The assignment requires suppliers who have systems for quality management and effective flows of goods. Documentation: (shall be given in one of the following ways):Description of the company's policy regarding quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility, manufacturing process and continuous analysis and improvement. If supplier holds an ISO 9001:2000 certificate, this may be attached.

The tenderer is required to have has good experience with similar assignments (e.g. permanently equipped gymnastics training facilities).Documentation: The supplier must complete Attachment 4, Reference Form, concerning the 3 most important relevant contracts in the last 5 years, including the scope, value, time frame and the client or recipient.
