The contracting authority wants bids for façades for 12 homes and shielding of patios linked to about 50 homes.
The façade will consist of measures comprising replacing windows, doors and vents, and a possible replacement of panels and add-on insulation, varying from one property to another.
Measures for patios consist of shielding the noise reaching patios on terraces and/or ground level with closed railings and installation of glass screens as well as dismantling and reinforcing wooden structures, where applicable.
