Local noise reduction measures shall be carried out for the development of the E16 Sandvika - Wøyen.

This contract includes the following measures:
8 detached houses.
The following shall be replaced on the 8 detached houses in total:
— 70 windows
— 32 vents
— 5 doors
In addition the facade and internal ceiling shall be added to in one house.
2 semi-detached houses, where a total of 3 residential units are affected.
The following shall be replaced on the semi-detached houses in total:
— 18 windows
— 17 vents
2 detached houses, where all the residential units are affected.
The following shall be replaced on the detached houses in total:
— 35 windows
— 25 vents
5 low blocks with 2 floors, of which a total of 28 flats are affected.
The following shall be replaced in the low blocks in total:
— 96 windows
— 60 vents
7 residential blocks, of which a total of 76 flats are affected.
The following shall be replaced in the residential blocks in total:
— 238 windows
— 165 vents
— 50 doors.

A statement of how the tenderer will organise the execution of the contract.
The following documentation requirements for training apply to this contract:
1. Course in noise insulation of buildings, correct window replacement and facade improvements (applies as a minimum for work managers and foremen). There shall always be personnel present at the construction site who have attended a valid course. A copy of the valid course certificate in noise insulation must be presented before the physical start-up at the construction site. The works cannot commence before the course certificate has been presented.

2. First aid course (applies to everyone).
3. The foreman as well as the work managers (foremen) shall, as a minimum, have a certificate of apprenticeship as joiners/carpenters or other relevant education.
The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty.
