A new dock will be built at Dokken Vest in Bergen. The contract concerns Phase 1 and includes:
— project planning of a new pile pier, cement slope and associated back zone;
— dredging to create sufficient depth;
— filling in the back zone and underneath the new dock (about 50 000 m3);
— establishment of an erosion-proof slope;
— acquisition and driving / installation of steel piles;
— construction of pile-dock (about 185 m dock front plus about 45 m section across at the end of the dock);
— preparation of related rear area (approx. 14 000 m2);
— delivery and assembly of diverse equipment for the dock and rear area.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

A description of the options will be included in the tender documents. These will include 100t or 200t bollards for the adjacent dock, erosion control along the adjacent dock with concrete matting laid on the seabed and the possible demolition of a waterfront building.

Documentation requirement:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Tax certificate, not older than six months;

(3) Value-added tax certificate, not older than six months;

(4) HSE-declaration.

Foreign companies must submit certification from authorities that correspond to the Norwegian authority, and documentation that the company is registered in a professional register or business register as prescribed in legislation in the country where the supplier is established.

Qualification requirements:

(1) The supplier shall be a legally established enterprise;

(2) The supplier shall have an orderly system in relation to payment of tax and VAT;

(3) The contractor must submit a completed HSE self-declaration.

(1) The company's last three annual reports and audit reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.

(2) Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 1 year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures.

Qualification requirements:

(1) The supplier must have the economic capacity to carry out the assignment.

(2) The supplier shall have a good credit rating.

A minimum A-level credit rating, Credit Worthy, concerning solvency, or an equivalent level in another system.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Documentation requirements:

(1) Description of equipment, machinery or other available production equipment relevant to the performance of this contract.

(2) A statement of the company's total manpower relevant to this mission.

(3) The tenderer's most important deliveries over the last 3 years, including a description of the delivery, their value, time frames and clients;

(4) Reference at least three similar completed assignments, and provide the name and contact information for the clients;

(5) Organizational chart for the contract showing the proposed subcontractors and consultants, as well as cooperation declarations for this project signed by both parties;

(6) Statement of the proportion of the contract which the contractor intends to leave to the subcontractor;

(7) Documentation showing that the local approval for the design and execution will be granted for development class 3;

(8) A statement describing the quality assurance system covering all phases of the production.ISO 9001 or equivalent approved documentation;

(9) A statement describing the environmental control system covering all phases of the production.ISO 14001 or equivalent approved documentation.

Qualification requirements:

(1) A good ability to complete this assignment is required;

(2) Significant experience from similar deliveries is required;

(3) A list of proposed subcontractors, suppliers and consultants is required;

(4) Local approval for the design and execution in accordance with development class 3 will probably be required;

(5) A good, well-functioning quality assurance system is required;

(6) A good, well-functioning environmental control system is required.
