Norsk Tipping AS

Norsk Tipping continually focus on being able to offer products and services which create exciting and attractive game experiences which the client can enjoy whenever and wherever they want. In order to achieve these goals, Norsk Tipping needs to connect with partners who can assist in developing attractive and exciting products and services in the digital world.
Norsk Tipping therefore intends to enter into framework agreements for development services within the following 11 services areas:
— Service area 1: Project and process management,
— Service area 2: Technical consulting,
— Service area 3: User testing, interaction and service design,
— Service area 4: Design development of digital platforms,
— Service area 5: Prototyping, creative consulting and conceptual testing,
— Service area 6: Service and integration design/development,
— Service area 7: Application design and Web development,
— Service area 8: App-development and design for mobile and tablet,
— Service area 9: Test management and testing,
— Service area 10: Maintenance and management of web clients for mobile and tablet, Java-client mobile and channel server,
— Service area 11: Consulting and development of Microsoft interactive solutions.
The tenderers may submit tenders for one or more of the service areas.
Norsk Tipping plans to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3 (three) suppliers for service areas 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11, if there is a sufficient number of suitable suppliers and tenders (refer to PPR §15-3 (1)). All assignments will be awarded on the basis of mini competitions.
For service areas 5 and 10, Norsk Tipping plans to enter into framework agreement with 1 (one) supplier and all assignments will be awarded as direct call-off.
